Bruno's Tavern

Bruno's admits no right to "live entertainment" - In its lawsuit against the City, Bruno's Petition demanded that the Court authrorize it to provide "live entertainment" at the establishment. MARI, along with 13 individual neighbors who intervened in the case, filed a motion to strike this demand because there is no legal basis to allow "live entertainment" in a B-1 zoned neighborhood. In response, Bruno's Tavern amended its Petition to remove this demand.
