Zoning Committee

The MARI Zoning Committee provides information on whom to contact at City Hall for information on zoning and planning issues. The zoning committee also supports certain neighbor issues. In certain circumstances, the zoning committee actively advocates on particular neighborhood issues. Please contact David Keiffer for questions about the Zoning Committee. • TJ Quills - 7600 Maple Street - Go here for information on the Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) Board recent citation of TJ Quills for having dozens of underage patrons and underage drinkers at the establishment with significant sanctions by the ABC Board including the requirement for a security patrol.

• Moratorium on Alcoholic Beverage Outlets (ABOs) - Click here for information on MARI's proposed ABO Moratorium which was adopted by the City Council on December 1, 2005. Since then, the City Council has extended the Moratorium for another 6 months.
